# Open-end Decentralized Short-term U.S. Treasury Bill Token Fund

Decentralized Short-term U.S. treasury bill fund (oSTBT) is an open-end fund with STBT(short-term treasury bill token) as the underlying asset. It is managed by Little Frog, a professional decentralized asset management DAO, which aims to maximize the adoption of crypto assets.

STBT is an ERC 1400 standard token, benchmarked with risk-free U.S. Treasury bill. It is the first product released by Matrixdock (arm under Matrixport), bringing the risk-free rate of the U.S. Treasury securities to the blockchain. STBT provides T-bill yields. This is offered at a 1:1 ratio, whereby 1 STBT is traded at 1 US Dollar equivalent of stablecoin upon issuance. STBT's underlying assets consist of T-bills with a maturity period of six months or less, as well as reverse repurchase agreements ( Reverse Repo ), which are fully collateralized by the U.S. government-backed securities.

Little Frog uses the decentralized smart contract of the DeSyn platform to establish a decentralized open-end fund named oSTBT. It achieves on-chain decentralization through smart pool and is managed through professional encrypted fund management, maximizing the adoption of STBT.
